Returns Policy

No returns, cancellations, or refunds under any exceptions.   Please double check sizes, item descriptions, and store policies before placing your order.  Orders will not be refunded or cancelled based on customer error.  

Orders & Shipping

Items will ship double boxed same day if placed by 3pm that business day as long as there isn't any fraudulent or suspicious activity associated with your order (in that case we will reach out to you by email).  Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following business day.  Billing and shipping addresses must match.  Shipping only to billing addresses.  No exceptions.  
Orders will be cancelled if billing and shipping addresses don't match.  

Online Order Verification

We reserve the right to verify your identity and credit card for ANY SUSPICIOUS or POTENTIALLY FRAUDULENT order if you are a new customer, are out of state, or your order is a high dollar amount.  We will contact you by email to request a copy of your drivers license and/or credit card.  You may black out any personal details like the DL# but please leave the last 4 digits of the card, your name and address. This is no different than presenting your ID in a brick and mortar store. We will immediately dispose of and delete this info as soon as we verify your identity. This policy applies to in store pickup orders placed online as well!  

In Store Pickup

In store pick up orders must be picked up by the person whose name is on the order.  A drivers license that matches the name on the order is required and must be provided at the time of pickup.  Be prepared to provide the card used for payment as well.  No exceptions.
